Wir starten als Gruppe in Berlin und wollen andere motivieren, einmal in der Woche ein hartes Intervalltraining zu machen. Verabredung ist, verbindlich, einmal gemeinsam reinzuhauen. Danach ausruhen. Die anderen Tage gestaltest Du selbst. Wenn Du willst, entwickeln wir für Dich ein Trainingsprogramm drumherum oder als gezielte Unterstützung. Je nach Deinen Zielen. Wir trainieren in Berlin in einem Fitnessstudio ohne, dass wir als finanziell organisierte Gruppe bestehen. Was aber etwas kosten soll, ist unsere Motivation. Wir wollen alles gamifizieren.
